Winston Lin

Winston Lin is the President and Founder of GreenvineHR. He started GreenvineHR in 2008 after his 12 years of sales, marketing, and entrepreneurial management experiences in multinational corporations and business start-ups. Prior to this he held variety of sales and marketing management positions in Hewlett-Packard, Broadvision, and IBase Technologies. Winston now spends majority of his time in Taipei and Silicon Valley, leading GreenvineHR's consultants and research team to effectively deliver results to our customers.

Winston Lin has a bachelor's degree in management science from Nationa Chiao-Tung University (Taiwan) and an MBA from University of San Francisco. Winston speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.

Principal Consultant

Cindy Chang

Cindy Chang is the principal consultant of GreenvineHR. She specializes in excutive-level and senior-level positions in Taiwan and Greater China region. She has conducted CEOs, managing directors, and regional managers search projects for multinational and Asian corporations. Prior to joining GreenvineHR, she worked for Microsoft as a channel sales manager and Silicon Valley Microelectronics as an APAC sales director. She has broad professional networks in Taiwan and Silicon Valley and possesses extensive insights of local market conditions. Cindy Chang is based in Taipei and she leads special search projects for retainer-based clients.

Cindy Chang received her master's degree in workforce education and development from Southern Illinois University and bachelor's degree in Social Works from Soochou University. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.

David Huang

David Huang is based in Taipei and he focuses in searching mid to high level R&D, customer services and sales & marketing professionals. He has successfully assisted clients to build up highly skilled R&D teams in Taipei and strong sales forces in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining GreenvineHR, David was a senior product manager at Micro-star and an overseas business development manager at IBase Technologies.

David Huang has a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from National Chiao-Tung University (Taiwan) and a master's degree in computer science from University of San Francisco. David speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.

CY Chiu

CY Chiu is based in San Jose (California) and he leads talent search assignments for multinational and Asian corporations in this area. He has more than 10 years of management experience in new product development and operation management in San Francisco Bay Area.

CY Chiu holds an MBA and a master's degree in computer science from San Jose State University and a bachelor's degree in computer science from National Chiao-Tung University (Taiwan). Prior to joining GreenvineHR, CY worked for Arescom, Aurihill, and Panasonic. He has broad professional networks in Silicon Valley and Japan and good at bring right talents to innovated companies. CY speaks fluent English, Mandarin Chinese, and some Japanese.

Nicholei Chen

Nicholei Chen is based in Shanghai (China) and he is dedicated in searching executives for local and multinational companies in China. He specializes in placing senior professionals across sales, trading, procurement, customer service, finance and R&D. Nicholei Chen has 14 years of experiences in the fields of software and marketing research. He is highly knowledgeable in the supply and demand of Chinese job market. Prior to joining GreenvineHR, Nicholei worked for International Data Group (IDG) and Carrefour.

Nicholei Chen earned his bachelor's degree in physics from National Taiwan University and an MBA degree from China Europe International Business School. He has strong business sense of emerging Chinese market and broad industry network with executives in China, so he can always rapidly identify and deliver high quality local talents in China. Nicholei speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.
